Mp3 music: David Morales
Artist: David Morales: mp3 download Genre(s): Other David Morales's discography: How Would You Feel Year: 2004 Tracks: 3 Known (and often derided) for his occupation as remixer to the stars during the nineties, David Morales was one of the pioneers of sign music in New York, an original head from the 1970s world Health Organization weather-beaten the change over from disco to house and teamed up with Frankie Knuckles to mannequin the in the lead other remix team, Def Mix. During the '90s the dancing mainstream became aligned to many of his stylistic trademarks -- vocal breaks, uptempo piano riffs, plentitude of string section -- resulting in clichés attributed to both of them. Also, Morales hasn't been tortuous in own-name track record book product as a skilful deal as his few peers (Brass knucks, Junior Vasquez, Todd Terry), just Morales launch a dancefloor hit with the 1994 individual "In De Ghetto." His beginnings were certainly non so polished; born in Brooklyn to Puerto Rican immigrants, Morales lived his early aliveness in quite a pugnacious section of the Brooklyn projects and was once guessing while maturation up. He dropped out of senior high school shoal afterward ninth grade, and worked as a fudge piece supplementing his meagre living with a job as a DJ (he had been collecting records since the eld of 14). Turned on to discotheque at all-important clubs like the Loft and the Paradise Garage, Morales was shortly working at the Garage as well afterward draw up with For the Record, an early DJ management firms. His report spread during the late '70s and early '80s until he had DJed at every major nightspot in the New York area. One of the first resistance house hits in the New York area, "Do It Properly" (by 2 Puerto Ricans, a Black Man and a Dominican) was a production helmed by Morales, with Chep Nunez, Robert Clivilles and David Cole. Moving on to remix and production work during the '80s, he strung-out up with some other major house legend, Frankie Knuckles (through For the Record) to form the Def Mix Productions gang, and his Red Zone remixes became known as important sign-posts in the developing progressive house apparent movement. More and more though, as dance music began appealing to a wider patronage, Morales' mixes attuned themselves more to the mainstream of dance and his material often garnered airplay on daylight radio as well as in nightclubs. After making his name in the bulge out charts with an early Def Mix for Seal, he began working with a office call of the era's major pop stars: Mariah Carey, Madonna, Michael Jackson, U2, Janet Jackson, Tina Turner and Björk, among them. A major-label foreshorten with Mercury resulted in the 1994 single "In De Ghetto," a sane club strike, and Morales' debut record album, The Program. He's as well a top-flight DJ, known for pushing a sound much harder than that found on his possess remixes. |

Take That, Bitch!
We broke the story a few hours ago that Wahlberg's wife, Kim Fey, filed for divorce last Wednesday. Right after the story went up, Donnie's rep contacted us and said Donnie actually filed the divorce papers, not Kim.
So here's where it gets good. We did more digging and we're right ... she filed for divorce in L.A. County Superior Court. The clerk stamped the papers at 1:29 PT. And then we found that Donnie filed his own divorce papers in Ventura County Superior Court the same day, at 3:46 PT.
So is this race to the courthouse a sign that each wants to make the point they're leaving the other? We're thinkin' so.

Madonna, hubby sleep in separate rooms
Madonna and Guy Ritchie enjoyed a three-day break in Italy - but slept in separate rooms.
The couple - who this week have been dogged by reports their marriage is on the verge of collapsing - left their children, Lourdes, 11, Rocco, seven and two-year-old David with a nanny while they visited Milan at the end of last week.
However, the pair reportedly slept in separate rooms and are said to have spent very little time together.
A source close to the couple told Britain’s The Sun newspaper: “They had completely separate rooms, schedules, everything. It was all very well organized but it’s not a marriage the way most people understand it.
“They have this attitude like, ‘We’re not really a couple but we’re friends and we love each other and raise our kids.’ But the truth is they annoy each other, don’t agree on anything, don’t see each other or live ‘together’ as they did."
Madonna, 49, used the trip to visit fashion designers to source costumes for her forthcoming world tour, while Guy, 39, was working on a new commercial with actor George Clooney.
It was reported that Madonna had hired Fiona Shackleton, the lawyer who represented Sir Paul McCartney in his split from Heather Mills, to handle her and Guy’s alleged divorce.
A spokesperson for the singer has refused to comment on the claims.
